We are always looking for optimizations to procure you a proper and efficient experience during your coffee purchase. As you know, nothing is perfect and we’re always looking to surpass ourselves! With the support of HEC Montréal students and of Tech3lab, we will be going further into the search for excellence.

We are pleased to announce that Café Liégeois Canada will be one of the partners during « Réalisation d’un projet en expérience utilisateur » (Implementation of user experience project) at Tech3lab by the sides of companies such as Technologies OPA, m0851, SmartHalo and even the Société des Casinos du Québec. Created in 2011, Tech3Lab from HEC Montréal is today one of the most important research laboratories in user experience in North America.
Eye-tracking test and micro-expressions analysis:
From October 12th to November 23rd 2016, the HEC Montréal students will focus on your user experience on our platform online at www.cafeliegeois.ca through a series of user tests at Tech3lab. Participants chosen by students and our team will be submitted to an eye-tracking test, as well as a micro-expressions test during the shopping experience. During the last few years, businesses such as Banque Nationale, Bélair, La Presse, Loto Québec, SAP, Sobey’s and Standard Life have had collaborations with HEC Montréal in the field of user experience.
We hope that this collaboration will allow us to deepen our comprehension of your shopping experience on our online platform.
