Description
De’Longhi EcoDecalk Descaler — 500 ml — DLSC500
Official De’Longhi liquid descaler for compatible coffee and espresso machines. The 500 ml bottle provides approximately 5 descaling cycles when used at the recommended dose.
Limescale buildup can affect water flow, temperature stability and machine performance. Descale when your machine prompts you rather than following a fixed calendar: frequency depends on water hardness, filtration and how much coffee you make.
For De’Longhi machines
EcoDecalk is designed for De’Longhi automatic, semi-automatic and coffee machines that call for liquid descaler. Follow the descaling program in your exact machine manual.

How often should I descale?
There is no universal number of weeks or months. Set your machine’s water hardness correctly and descale when prompted. Harder water and higher use normally mean more frequent descaling.
Do I still need EcoDecalk if I use a water filter?
Yes. A compatible filter can reduce scale buildup and descaling frequency, but it does not eliminate the need to descale.
